Portfolio

My name is Alex Repass, and I am currently a senior at Roger Williams University, on track to earn my bachelor’s degree in communications next spring. During the summer prior to my senior year, I worked as an intern for Envision Marketing Group in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. I have published multiple stories for The Hawk’s Herald, my college newspaper, and have been the Opinions Editor for almost a full year. I also have a radio show of my own, “The Big Money Mixtape” where I play a selection of classic rock and indie music for students every Thursday afternoon. In my free time, I love to draw, work out, and play video games. I firmly believe in being open about things that make me happy and successful in my day-to-day life, and I am not afraid to share what defines me.

Upcoming Artwork

Unfinished sketch of Messmer The Impaler. He is an antagonist in the video game "ELDEN RING"

Messmer The Impaler

An antagonist in the video game “ELDEN RING: Shadow of the Erdtree.” This is just a sneak peak of the final product, but ELDEN RING is one of my favorite video games and is yet another inspiration for my work as a growing artist.

Kasane Teto

A digital voice bank called a “Vocaloid” personified as a character! Hatsune Miku is another example of this. Teto is like a fictional performer made by a person who mixes a lot of vocal sounds together and autotunes them, creating an artificial voice. She is the one “using” this voice, and I think that is a really neat phenomenon.

Finished Pieces

Sketch of Sayori from Doki Doki Literature Club, a psychological horror video game.

Sayori

This is a sketch of probably one of my favorite characters overall. Sayori is a kind and deeply written secondary character in “Doki Doki Literature Club!” which is a game designed to be bright and silly on the outside, but has many intense psychological horror elements appear as the game goes on. I certainly plan to draw more of her!

Drawing of "Five Nights at Freddy's" characters

The Yellow Rabbit / William Afton

I’ve always been a huge fan of the game series “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” and this drawing depicts the main villain disguised as a cartoony rabbit of his own creation, haunted by the spirits of children he murdered, who have taken on forms of other Chuck E Cheese-like characters.

Drawing Jotaro Kujo from "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean"

Jotaro Kujo

A protagonist who makes multiple appearances in the anime “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.” This is particularly his appearance in the sixth chapter of the show, titled “Stone Ocean.” I’m proud of it, but I am always looking at ways I can improve my drawings, and with my more recent works in progress, I do feel that I am getting better!
